WHEREAS, Florida Power Corporation is the owner in lee simple of certain land set forth in an instrument of dedication dated March 8, 1979; and WHEREAS, Florida Power Corporation is willing to dedicate to the general public three (3) perpetual roadway easement areas subject to certain conditionfl; and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater wishes to accept such dedication of a roadway easement to the general public; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the City Commission of the. City of Clearwater, Florida, hereby accepts the dedication of a perpetual roadway easement from Florida Power Corporation as set forth in the instrument of dedication dated March 8, 1979, a copy of which, together with the description of the roadway easement, is attached as Exhibit 1. The City Commission on behalf of the City of Clearwater further a.grees to abide by the conditions set forth in the instrument of dedication attached hereto. z.
