The participating members of the Central Pinellas 201 FacilitIes Plan include Pine lIas County as lead applicant, the City of Clearwater, and the City of Largo. The new inhouse com- puter system allows for a direct entry of diskette recorded data into the computer without the time-consuming and costly intermediate translation to magnetic tape. All of our efforts to obtain voluntary cooperation in this matter were unsuccess- ful. The City's recourse now is to adopt a Resolution authorizing repairs and assessing the property owners.
