The City Attorney reported that'the meeting was called to consider the approval of tho plat of Forest Wood Estates in accordance with the temporary injunction order ,of Judge Williams, Circuit Court Judp,e. The Court order prohibits the developer from doing anythinB with Lot 28 until further:order of the Court, but the developer can proceed \~ith whatever action he desires on the other lots in the SUbdivision., The City Attorney recommended approval of the plat. Commissioner Wachtler moved to approve the plat in accordance with, the Court Order. Piotion was seconded by Commissioner Hilliams. Upon the vote being taken Commissioners i'lilliams t ~lachtler t Car...1ise and Hayor HouE;en voted "aye". Commissioner Hall voted "no". ~10tion carried. City Engineer Police Chief The invocation ""as given by the , Commissioner Williams moved that the City Manager be authorized to proceed with the development'of the 4 softball fields in the Industrial Park and 4 multiple use fields, with 2 of them being in Turner Park and 2 on a 10 acre site on HcMullen Booth Rd. Motion was seconded by Commissioner CarHise and carried ' unanimously. ,'Commissioner \'1illiams moved that the meeting be adjourned at 11:18 A.l1. Motion was seconded by Commissioner .
