Grable Stoutamire as City P1"osecutor, effective October 1, 196B, at a salary of $7,000.00 por year. Commissioner Carlson moved that R. Grable Stoutamirc be appointed City Prosecutor effectivo, ,October l, 196B. at a salary of $7,000,00 por year Commissioner Carter seconded,the motion which car1"ied unanimously, It was also 1"ecommended that he be appointed a tempo1"ary Prosecutor,' effective immediately to serve on selected cases as designated by Judge Fox. Commissioner Carlson moved that R. Grable Stoutamire be appointod as temporary Prosecutor effective immediately until October lat, on cases designated by' " Judge Fox. Commissioner Blackstone seconded the motion which car1"ied unanimously.' R~solution #68-1l0, commending the Bombers for winning the National ChampionShip for the ninth time was presented. Commissioner Williams moved that Resolution U68-ll0'be passed and adopted and the proper officials be authorized to execute it. ,l1otion was seconded by Commissioner Carlson and carried unanimous,ly. Resolution #6B-lll was presented commending the Clearwater Softball Association fo1" bringinc the softball tOU1"nament to Clearwater. Commissioner Williams moved that Resolution #68-111 be passed and adopted and the ,proper , officials be authorized to execute it. l1otion was seconded by Commissioner Carter and carried unanimously.
