The Manager reported that six bids had been received to construct sanitary and

Clearwater, Florida~ in the amount of $5,887.16 and that the proper officials be
authorized to execute the contract. r-1ot1on was seconded by Commi ssioner Roberts

The City Manager explained that Item 3-]3~ Police Cruiser (Replacement), was
advertised for bids on October 15th and should not have been on this agenda.

The City Attorney reported that he had not had a chance to checl-: the proposal

agreed to assume the cost of the interim re3ide~t supervision until the City tttorney
