in a letter had reported that he had secured the extra thirty foot right of way in

The City Attorney presented proposed new leuses for the Clear\1ater Pistol Club
and Clearwater Rifle Range made necessary by the sale of some of the property
formerly occupied by the Rifle Range to Aerosonlcs Instrwnents, Incorporated. The
sketch prepared by the Engineer shO\~,?g..~ 100 foot right of vlay for Palmetto and
indicated a sixty foot road running ~ from Hercules to serve Aerosonics, the
Rifle Range and the Pistol Club. He said it was proposed to trade a seventy-five
foot strip on the north side of Nr. \'1m. Blssett's property to Mr. Bassett for the
south seventy-fivc feet of the property he already owns and the Douth seventy-five
feet of the area he has under option. The C:Lty Attorney pI'opooed with the
Commission's approval to \'Iorl<: out the aC;l"ecment for the exchange of property \^I'i th
Ml". Bassett at the same time as he pI'cparen the fJCtles contract to sell the acreage

has secured an additional thirty foot right of tvay to add to the thirty feet already
dedicated. The City Attorney stated that Mr. J. �'rank Hancoci�, Jr., the developer,
in a 1e�ter izad reported that he had secured the extra i.hirty foot right oi tivay in
front of Zots 11 through 15, Bloclt 19, and taould dedicate it in the plat of
Hi�hland Pines Gth Adc�ition. The letter stated that Mr, Hancocic �vas trying, �o
