McC lalnma ., City Manager C1 ty Atto rney Chief of Police The Mayor called the meetin~ to order and announced that the purpose of the meeting was to review the list of qualified electors lor the election to be held on Tuesday, December 21, 1954. The Clerk presented a list of qualified electors as submitted by the Supervisor of Registration. There being no requests for corrections or additions, Con~issioner Kennedy moved that the list of qualified electors as sublnitted by the City Clerk be approved and designated the ofricial list of qualified electors for the December 21st elec~ion. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Russell and carried unanimously. The City Manager presented a chanl~e order for ~4,g29.CO covering the cost of installing waterproofin~ along the joints of the pre-cast seat slabs in the Baseball Stadium. Commissioner Stran~ moved that the work order for the water- proofing of the Baseball Stadium be approved in accordance with the Architect's recommendation. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Kennedy and carried unanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board~ the meeting was adjourned at 12:15 P.M.
