In reference to the resurf3cing of the city streets, the City M~nager stated
that at the tinle the last budget was adorted, the sum of ~20,OOO.OO had been set aside
for the resurfacing of streets but that no portion of it had been earmarked for any
particular streets. In the ~rea north of Stevenson Creek, the streets needing resur-
facing are: Granada Street from the railroad to ilovglas Avenue; Plaza Dolores; 'Iva
Street from the railroad to Douelas ^venue; Charles Street from Edgewater Drive to
the railroad; Granada. Street from Edgewat8r Drive to the railroad; in the Prospect
area, Lotus Path from Myrtle Avenue to Greenwood; on the Beach, Marianne Street from
Poinsettia to Cause\~ay Boulevard which has been under water frequently ana is in need
of repair. This froject will cost approximately ~ll,OOO.OO. Commissioner Crown
inquired if the resurfacing of Drew Street is being considered. City M<,mager replied
that a \ridening project is needed on Drew Street from Stevenson Creek Bridge to the
city limits; he stated that Druid Road from Greenwood I,venue east is carrying a lot
