RESOLUTION NO. 01 w19 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A JOINT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, FOR THE THIRD SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT OF THE AIRPORT MASTER PLAN TO ADD STORM WATER MANAGEMENT PLANNING AND PERMITTING; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has agreed to provide funding towards the planning and permitting of storm water management under the airport master plan at the Clearwater Airpark under Joint Participation Agreement FM #40297918401, Contract NO: AE263, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A"; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: . Section 1. The City Commission hereby accepts and approves the Joint Participation Agreement between the City and the State of Florida Department of Transportation, FM NO: 40297918401, Contract NO: AE263 Supplement #3 of the Airport Master Plan Storm Water Management Planning and Permitting at the Clearwater Airpark.
