City Manager Bennett reported th!:"t a spot check had been maintained in Harbor Oaks area but that no Objectionable conditions ~ere found. Mr. Alvord stated that the objectionable noises were caused by the fishing boats; that these boats usually went out on the high tide and a spot check was not etf~ctive. He suggested a no p~rking rule at end of Magnolia st. Dock ana that signs be posted showing this to be a private dock. He also requested that the dock be zoned against use by co~- mercial fisherman.
