Johnson, J. R. Crane. Absent: V'd, C, Wells, H. D. Sargeai?t, J. J. ,Elliott.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Houze. 1t was moved by Commissioner
Johnson, seoonded by Commissioner Crane and oarried that H. G. Wingo be appointed
to aot as City Clerk during the absenoe of City Clerk Frank Cooley. Voting xaga"
