business. You cun readily unde:rstund what a gume of billiards would be if the
table surface Viere not 1)er1'ec't. It is tIle ScHue VI ith billisrds and shuffleboard;
both re~uire perf'ect sur:t:aces, and ~le enthusiasts will go where they can get
them.
Our Club hus 919 yearly members which will be J.arger next year if
prohibitive rental prices and ruined courts do not drive them elsewhere. We
all want to keep them, as well as tile hundreds of thousands of dollars they
spend, in Clearweter.

don't mean to be.. .i.!.'verytlline about the Club is a serious matter with us, and
we just vJc:mt to helve every (: uestion connected wi th it to receive the most
careful consideration from all angles.

Avenue. This space has l)reviously been el:ui,t>ed wi th a parking meter 'and.
recently the meter was removed and the space designated as a Freight Loading
Zone.

are re~erved as a bus loading zone and the recent designution of the fifth
space as a freight loading zone leaves only two spaces which may be used for
parking on the west side of the bank therby creating an acute shortage of parking
space near the bank whioh may be used by the patrons thereof'.
We wish to further c~ll your a ttention to the fact that the 1'reight loading
zone is not needed by the bunk and the bank is getting no benefit from it. The
freight zone ~pparently is being used by the various busi ness's located in the
northerly portion of the block.
,With the thought in miand that it is patently unjust to remove a muoh
needed parking space from an area in which it is greatly needed for the benerit
of other business's, we as attorneys for the First National BaIlY: of',Clearwater,
