Elliott, relating the ~ift of several firearms to the Police Department by Donald Roeblina. Thi s letter is set out in full belovl. Mr. Fox was informed that no City funds vlere presently available. Commissioner Sargeant stated that if at all possible the City should help the Veterans Organization in carinp f'or needy, vagrant, and de&itute veterans. Commissioner Crane suggested that an eff'ort be made in th0 f'uture to have problems of the above sort provided for in the Community Chest Budp;et.
