Taylor, Off'iotn'Manager Civil Service Department, Helen Padgett, Personnel Director Mayor Seavy announced that he was giving up bis duties as Chlef of Police and that it was his observation that the Po~ice Department coald very well make use of a docket c~erk and suggested that this matteI' be given consideration and study at the first opportunity.
