The plat shows Lot 5, Block 6,
North Shore Park to be sliphtly over 35 feet on Sunset

I had this lot surveyed, I found there was an error

44.38' in front and 72.38' at the back of the lot,
which is l5e.5' deep.
The house which we plan to build would
be set back from Sunset Drive about 40 feet and at this
point the buildin~ would be well away from the 20 ft.

wider and it is at this point that, I would like to have
a little leeway on the 20 ft. restriction.
