The Commission authorized the City .tl.ttorney to make a formal request if necessary to the Florida fower Corporation to furnish the City from their records inf~rm8tion needed in the survey end for which the City has a legal right to ask. The Boord approved the replacement by the City of any shrubs bnd plants recently planted by the various Civic Clubs which had been damaged or stolen. City lJan8ger Hendrix was asked to have prepar ed a map showing present 'boundaries ~nd adjacent properties of the proposed City ~erk locbted south of the library.
