The City Commission met in reBulur session the evening of Oct 15, 1945

pay the salary for one week of en assistant service officer in Clearwater. Without

The Conmlission requested the City Manager to notify Mr. ~olhill that the

Mr. Hendrix reported that Burns & McDonnell had begun work on the electl'ical
survey. The Commission authorized the City .tl.ttorney to make a formal request if
necessary to the Florida fower Corporation to furnish the City from their records
inf~rm8tion needed in the survey end for which the City has a legal right to ask.
The Boord approved the replacement by the City of any shrubs bnd plants
recently planted by the various Civic Clubs which had been damaged or stolen.
City lJan8ger Hendrix was asked to have prepar ed a map showing present 'boundaries
~nd adjacent properties of the proposed City ~erk locbted south of the library.
The City Mbnager reported that the Bay ,HaLl::.; buildings had been sold for
$2111.00
