at 8 o'clock, P. M. in the City Hall with the following members present:

The meeting was celled to order and the minutes of the previous
meetings were read and ap)raved.
It was mav ed by IvIr. LOVle, s eo ond ed by Mr Smith and c aIT ie d t be t a
transfer of $ 25,000.00 on Dec. 7th by the Gas & Water Fund to the General
Fund be a PiJ rav. ed .
City Manager Hendrix read a letter from Paul .l:tandolph stating that the
City .Planning Boord reoommended that an applic ation be made for a Negro
Rousi r.g Proj ect. This le tter is set out belou. The Commission approved
the request and direoted the City Attorney tJ file the necessary pl:lpers.
City Manager Hendrix reported that TaVel' Bayly had requested the City
Commission to consid er the tibolishing of net fish ing in the bay and other
inlam waters within the City Limits, and the Board had before it an:':'
ordinanoe ani a state ~Qt governing such matters in the gity of St. Peter-
sburg. These papers are set out below. The Commission referred the question
to ihe City h.ttorney :for fur ther stll1y.
