Jones appeared before the Bo~rd as a representative of seven colored taxi owners end two wlli te taxi owners 'lnd made several objections to the proposed ordinance regulating taxi cRbs in the City of Clearwater. The City Corrunission suggested to lltr. Jones tha t he me et wi th the City A ttorney and the cri ty 1.~anager Hnd eo over the proposed ordin:,mce thoroughly. The Commission informed Vtr.
