Stoutamire, Commissioner Sumner R. Lowe II Herbert Grice, Je sse G. City Attorney Rolph Hichards reported that the new Refunding Eonds were va.lida ted by the Circll j, t Court i,11.1 r li1, 1944, and tho. t a fter the elapse of the appeal per~od would be ready for execution. Overly appeared before the Eoard relative to permission to build a concrete sea-wall in front of his property know as Lots 10 to 14 inc, Blocl-:: CJ Larbo11r Morrow Subd. said. vlUll to be butlt approximately 50 ft. beyond the present property line. ~r.
