City Manaber Hendrix read to the board a letter he had reoeived trom
M. M. 1indelie of pass-a-Grille, Florida asking that the Oi ty Commission
grant him a perm1t to open up a paokage Liqour store in Clearwater. The
City commission failed to e;rant the request due to a City OrdinWloe limit-
inS the number 01' paokage stores in the City 01: ~letirwater.

that the resolution be adopted. Below and elsewhere set out in these
