the previous meeting were read and approved.

was deoided by the Board to post-pone this work until later on. .
It was moved by Mr. Grice, seoonded b1~. Smith and carried that a reso-
lution approving contract entered into ~th Seaboard Airline Railway on'

Exemptions filed with the County Tax Assessor, thus eliminating the neoessity
or tiling with the City, separately.

to Clearwater Boats Ino. until the detail of rent oharges could be agreed upon.

the Ci~ give R S Riddle and E A Marshall a quit-claim deed to that part
of Eldorado Subdivision east of BettY Lane in consideration of Mr. Riddle
and Mr. Marshall giving the City of Clearwater a quit-claim deed to that
part ot El Dorado Subdivision west of Betty Lane avenue, such deed to
contain no rest~ictive oovenants.

oommissioners Sumner R Lowe and Dan L. Stoutamire..
Mr. Al Rogero ap peared before the Board on behalt ot the Board ot Deaoons ot the
Peaoe Memorial Presbyterian Ohurch in regard to working out some plan wherebby
the Peaoe Memorial Gymnasium would be run by the City ot Olearwater. The Commission
decided to take no aotion in the matter exoept to appoint the City Manager,CommissiGner
Smith, and Mr. Moore.ot the Reoreation Department as a oommittee to seoure more
definite details regarding suoh an undertaking.

Board to know;that it he were appointed City X ~udge for the 'lull term ot two
years , then he would voluntarily gl~e up the offioe at any time during this term
oonditional upon the reuburn ot former City Judge Geo W. Smith trom the a~ed
servioes, Bnd the desire by Mr. Smith to have the job baok.
It was moved by Mr. Grioe, seconded by Mr. Sm!th and oarried that C ~ Ware be
appointed City Judge tor a two year term.
It.was~oved by Mr. Lowe seoonded by Mr. Stoutamire and oarried that Ralph RiChards
be re-appointed City Attorney.
