The minutes 0 f the premious meeting were read and approved after the
rollowing corre~tions were made: Instead in nwne of Geo. F. ~eavy, changed to R
instead of F. -- also that tno proposal 1s to purchase instead of refund. Lake Largo
Drainage District clonds.
City Manager Hendrix read tv the Boerd the bid of Larry Dimmitt Inc. to
sell 1942 0hevrolet deluxe ~pDrt Sedan for $1167.82. Below is set out such bid.
It appeared that this was the only bid submitted, of the several solicited. Moved
by Mr. .Lowe seconded by Mr. otoutamir~ &. carried that the offer of Larry Dimmitt be
acoepted subject to the City ~anagers approved.
Mr. Hendrix reported to the Board that kr. L. d. Moody, us agent had
mede ~n offer of $1500.00 for Lots 1 t~ 15 inclusive Block B. Bou1everd Heights,
the City to pay $100.00 commission to agent for making sale.
