COMMISSION MINUTES FEB. 15, 1943.

The City Commission or the City of Olearwater Florida met in regular
session Feb. 15, 1943 at 8:00 p. M. in the auditorium of the City Hall with
the following members present:
Geo. R. S~avy, Mayor Commissioner
Jesse G.~ith, Commissioner
D~n L. Stoutamire, Commissioner
Absent:
Sumner R. Lowe, and Herbert Grice.
City Manager Hendrix read 6 resolution of the ~inellas Oounty Commission
urging th~ legislature to cancel the bonds of the Lake Largo Drainage Distriot
and that these obligations be covered by general obligation bonds of the County.
At the suggestion 0f Mayor Seavy the Commission requested the City Attorney to get
the particulars of the proposed Cancellation end report back to the Commission.
The City Attorney was requested to draw a ten-year 1eese oa the property
on whioh Is located the Jaycee Beech Club HJuse - the property to be let to the
Junior Chember of Commerce.
