The Ci ty Commissi~n of the Ci ty of Clearwater, Florida met in regular session
Feb. 1,1943, in the auditorium of the City Hall with the following members present:

The meeting was duly called to order by Mayor Seavy and the minutes of the
previDus meeting were reed and approved.
Moved by Mr. Smith, seoonded by Mr. 3toutamire and carried that a $5000.00
transfer from Gas 6:. Water Fund to General Fund .on Jan 29th be epproved.
City Manager Hendrix now opened end read to the Board sealed tenders of City
of Clearwater ~efundlng Bonds. Moved by fur. LDwe seoonded by ~r. Smith and carried
that the following tenders be accepted (they being the lowest); Stranahan. Harrls &
Company. Toledo Ohio $5000.00 at 88; Shields and Company, New xork $30,000.00 at
88; B. J. Van Ingen & Co, 'Miami Fla., $10,000.00 at SSt; all bids with accrued int-
erest.
