on the enp,lne of an .t1.tlantiv Coast Line tl'aln from Dunedin to Belleair, and that he'
thought the sppeds as set out in the proposed ordino.nce were probably satisfactoby.
Moved by Jesse G. smith, seconded by Su~~er R. Lowe und carried that the ordinance
be passed on its first reading. The ordinance v~us then read the second and third time
und after each reading was pasGed by the C0!llr.1issi0n upon the !!lotion of' Jesse G. smith
