The meeting was duly oalled to order by Mayor Geo., R. Seavy
and the minutes of Deceober 15th, and Deoember 17th were read and
ap~roved as read.
Oi tyManager F. L. Hendrix now read to the Board a letter'
to the Board from Curtis Green Post No. ll~ ,Colored, Clearwater American
Legion. The awarding o~ the Silas Green Ocoupational License to .the,
Post, which was asked for'in tlle letter, was det~~red until later.

there are some points at which the City 'does not own a one-hundred
foot right-of-way at this time; and
WHEREAS it is the desire of the City to regulate future
oonstruction along said thoDoughfare in such a manner that no build-
ings will prevent tIle use of said thDroughfare for its fu+l width of

CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
1. That hereafter no building shall be erected closer than
fifty feet to the center line of Cleveland 'Street as extended by Gulf-

Mr. Richards explained to the Board that Dr. P. Ph.i~lips was
Willing to give the City a Quit Clain Deed to all of Del Oro Grpves
Subd. e?Ccept lots 20 to 84 both inclusive if the City ~ould giv~ him
a Fee Simple Deed to lots 26 to 84 both inclusive, said lots running
from Monterey Avenue on th~ West to Bay Shore Boulevard on the East
and bounded on the South by San Jose Street, with the understanding
that San Jose would never be closed as a street. Mayor Seavy request-
ed the City Attorney to prepare the proper papers covering such
transaction.
City Manager Hendrix told the Board that his Annual Report
would be readr for delivery to them sometime durinb the month.
