been investibated.
The Episcopal and l>resbyteriaI! Churches have of:fered
space, but in neither case were the conditions essential
for operation f'ouIld to be suitable. It lJlay be possible
to transfer the Sureieal Dressings Unit to the Presbyterian
Church later, after certain alterations have been made.

Mr. Ernest UcEnenny, and Mr. Robert KimbrouGh, to the Ctty
loaning a bulldinb in tho City Park to the Red Cross, the
Upper Pinellas Chapt~r requests that no f"urther action be
ta};-en in this matter, while. such objections remain.
The local Red Cross will not be able to carry out
to the best 'advantace the Obligations imposed on it by the
Defense Progrmn, unless adequate space for operation is
available. However, in obtainint:, this ~pace the Red Cross
. does not desire to impose any hardship on uny individual.

operate, own, manage, lease or control, in the City of Clear-
water., any automatic phonograph, piano, organ, victitTola, or any
mU'siI;cal instrument or. music playing ma,cbine of 'any kind. and
oharacter operated by the use of a coin slot, and for any
operator to furnish music through the use of any maohanioul device
to'the pUblic for a aonsideretion, until a license has been pro-
cured from the City and also until that said operator has paid
