I I" , ' I- I Absent: Heltbert Grioe and Jesse G. Smith The meeting waB duly called to Drder by 1~yor Seavy and the minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read. The matter of licensing I9Panoram" pioture maohines being ',','. j I I I I j' , L I I j I I ..',' ! \ brought under discussion, it was suggested by Mayor Seavy th~t the matter be ~orked out by the City Manager and the City. Attorney. Moved by Mr. Lowe, seconded by Mr. Stoutamire and carried that the transfer of $10,000.00 from the Gas and Water Fund to the General Fund on October. lOth , 1941 be approved. Mr. \1heeler or Leedy, Wheeler and Company o~ Orlando, appeared before the Board relatillg to Re~unding or the $259,000.00 Sanitary Sewer Bonds now outstanding. The offel' to refund Vias as follows: That Leedy, Vlliee1er & Company purchase the Bonds from the govern- ment agencies at an estimated 102 and refund at 3! per oent, bear- ing all expenses or re:fiunding, or that the City buy the bonds from the government agencies, and then Leedy, Vfueeler & Company would refund at 3; pel' cent bearing all expenses of re~unding. Mayor Seavy explained to ~u. \1heeler that the Commission hesitated to t4ke any de~inite action on Bond Refunding when two Commissioners were absent.
