of' Cambria street; that the said Walker has erected a fence comp1etely enc1.os1ng
his property, and in addition thereto has erected a roek pile and has placed
several. oar loads of large rocks on the North side of C~bria Street tor a dis-
tance of approximately twenty or twenty~five feet North and South and fifteeen
" or: twenty feet East and W~a't; that said rocks have caused and will continue to
C$use an,obstruction,obstruct1ng the free uss'of the street above referred to.

4iff1cult, if not impossible, for them to meet the heavy Federal taxes that are

property located at the southwest corner of Park Street and SOU~ Garden Avenue,
owned by HI's. Flossie Morris. lJIr. Casler' said it was his understanding that a
previous City C~mm18sion had agreed to 1et this property be Oity Tax Free as
long as the same was being used by the W. P. A. It appeared thatthe pr~perty
in question had been taxed. Mayor Seavy told Mr. Casler that'the matter wou1d
