The peace of the community 1s disturbed nightly by loud and boisterous talkingJ'shouting and profane language which is decidedly offensive. We We recite that there a:re children living in these quarters who are com- pelled to witness the conduct and listen to the language. This all can can be heard at considerable distance from the building. Such conduct is not only of~ensive and a detriment to the co~~unity but also disturbs our peace of mind and our rest at night. We~ therefore petition yo~ Honorable Body to take such steps as you ~eem right and. proper to abate this nuisance even if this proceedure re- quires the revocation of any business licenses or drink selling permit at this location. t' " .
