The City Commission o~ the City of ,Clearwater met in
regular session in the City Hall at 8:00 o'clock on the
evening of December 2, 1940, with the following members

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
City Manager read a letter from the County Health Unit
requesting the City to issue deed to lots 21 and 25 Court
Sauare in the nsme of Charles J. And Ella B. Van Gunten.
These lots havin8 been set aside by the City Commissioners
on October 24th, 1940, for the eX0ress purpose of the Health
Unit using them to trade for other property more suitabl~ to
build the Health Center on. Moved by Mr. Norton, seconded
by Mr. Seavy and carried the re~uest be granted.

carried, Taxes and Improvement Liens on Lots 12 and 13,
Block 2, l.!agnolia Park, be cancelled as of record through
