be awarded to ABC Coal and Coke Company at a price of :;? 4.75

a public hearing upon said intended tax levy, and the City
Audl tor and Clerk is hereb~,~ required to publIsh a notice of'
such public hearinG, setting forth the time and place aforesaid
for holdins such meetin~, toge~1er with the proposed budget and
tax levy as herein set forthl and unless sufficient objections
shall be mnde at the tine and place stated in said notice, said
