Hr. Lewis Homer, representing the Junior Chamber of
Commerce, request,ed permis sion to beautify the City lot on
the Beach opposite Everingham's. The permission was gra.nted
and also permission to erect II !'!o Pe.rkingll signs there.
A request for a duplicate tax sale certificate was
referred to the City Attorney.
