The Oity Ca.mmission o~ the City of Olearwater met in
regular meeting assembled at the Cit~ Hall on the eTening
o~ Sept~ber 25th, 1939, with the following menbers present:

Minutes of the two previous meetings ~ere read and
approved.
The City Manager presented sasoline bids. The Orange
State Motor Oompany's bid ot . 0.1'93 per ga~lon net tor
entire period o~ bid being the lowest and was aooepted.
The City Manager read a letter from Mr. Altred
Marshall, with referenoe to removal ot curb on Krause
property_ Moved by Mr. Peeler, seconded by~. Dempsey
and unanimously oarried that the City Attorney instruot
the City Engineer not to move the curb on this property.
Taok and Warren presentad a check for. 500.00 in
settlement of all City taxes and improv~ent liens on
Lots 1 through 13 inclusive and 16 through 23 ino1usive
in Block 4: of Aiken' s Subd1 vision through and ino1uding
taxes for 1938 ~d on the North D7.6 teet of Lots 1
through 8 inolusi ve in Block 4 ot Magnolia Park through
and including taxes for 1939. Moved by Mr. Peeler,
seoonded by Mr. Baker and unanimously oarried that the
otfer be aooepted.
The City Manager presented a letter from Mr. J. V.
Davidson ~th referenoe to exohang1ngthe City oertain
lots in Magnolia Park tor the release of taxes and
improvement liens on certain other lots in Magnolia Park.
The ot~er was referred to the Tax Committee.
Moved by Mr. Peeler, seconded by Mr. Dempsey and
