Mr. Brwmby asked permission to sublease a portion 01 ;' / /" .I / ./ / / / ./, / I his property leased from the City and used as the Marine Ways to Mr. stoutamire. Mr. Stoutam1re is to ereot a building on this property whioh will cost approximate17 $ 1,000.00. Moved by Mr. Eaker, seconded by Mr. Grice and unanimously carried that permission be granted with the stipulation that sutfioient insuranoe be oarried to cover the bu11d1ng.
