O .e ®? ?? i .?., ORDINANCE NTJMBER 440 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE MAINTENANCE OF NUISANCES IN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF THE TERI?46 THEREOF. BE IT ORDAIPIED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARVJATER; 1. No nuisance shall be maintained within the City of Clearwater. 2. Anything which tends to annoy the community, or inure the health of the citizens in general, or corrupt the public morals, or endanger the safety of the citizens in general, or endanger the welfare of the community, shall be consiee?red a nuisance. 3. Any person, Pirm, or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction in the Municipal Court of the City of Clearwater, be punished by a fine not e$ceeding One Hundred (? 100.00} Dollars or by imprison- ment in the City Jail not e?aeeding thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the D4uniaipal Judge. 4.
