Sincl~ Filling Station on the beach repaired, i of the cost to be
paid by the city and ~ by the lesaee.

the tax settlement requested by Mr. S. N. Jordan be referred to the
tax adjustment oommittee with power to act.

the matter of the fish plant lease be referred to the city attorney
and city manager to report back to the city commission.

OF CLEARWATER TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THROUGE THE FEDERAL
EMERGENCY ADMINISTRATION OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR A LOAN AND GRANT TO
AID IN FINANCING THE CONSTRUCTION OF JIDDITIONS TO TKE CI1'Y SANITAR'I
SEWERS--TO A GRANT ONLY TO AID IN THE cINANCING AS ABOVE MENTIONED.
VlliEREAS: the Cit~ has received a statement from a sewer contractor
in which they state that they will accept sanitary sewer Revenue Certificates
of the City in the amount of $lV3IOOO at par as part payment on this
that they will give the same assurances to the City thus enabling
the City to dispose of the City'S revenue securities at par and at
pri vate sales,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the application be amended as
follows: A resolution to change the amended application of the City
of Clearwater to the United States of Amerioa tl1rough the Federal Emergency
Administration of Public Works for a loan and grant to a~d in financing
the oonstruotion of additions to the City Sanitary Sewers - to a grant
only to aid in the financing as above mentioned.
