1936, adopt a resolution entitled "A Resolution Prescribing f~' ~ember~
ani Denominations of Refunding Bonds and De11nquent Tax. Notes of the Issu.es
of JUly 1, 1936, and Directing the Exchange thereof for Outstanding IndebjJed-
ness to be Refunded Thereby,,"
AND WHEREAS, it is deairabla that refunding bonds be issued
in $1,000.00 denominations, where possible, and that bonds of denominat10ns
other than $1,000.00 and $500.00 be issued in as few units as possible,
'AND WHEREAS, $2,000.00 of 6% Munic~pa1 Improvement Bonds
dated April 15th, 1922, numbers 49 and 50, in the denomination of $1,000.00
eaeh. are ref~dable under the above resolution bY' a total of $?46.6? tota1
of Series "B" Refunding Bonds, and $1253.33 total of' Ser:1ea tIC" Refunding
t~t the following adjustments be made on city taxes:
Lots 23 and 24 of Bluff View Oourt, settle on a basis or
$180.80 on each lot.
LQt 2 B10ck 6, A. O. Turner's Subdivision, reduco a11
years to same basis as taxes for 1936.
It was moved by Mr. Barry, seconded by Mr. Marsh and carr1ed
that the City Audi tor and Clerk be authorized to purchase an address1ng
machine for the tax roll, provided the cost of same can be spread over
three budget years.
