WIiEREAS, S. S. Eou:ls has been in charge of the Docket Florida
1202-l-R and 1202-2-R Water and Gns Distrlbut ion Clearwater, Flor1da.,
for the City, and it is desired by the PV/A that a resolution should
~e passed approving bis previous actions and authorizing an7 additonal
action in regard to ohange orders or other ~equests ooncerning same.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Comnrl.ssion or the City of
Clearwater, Florida, in regular meeting sosembled that the City Manager
be and he is hereby authorized and instruoted to designate the saidS. S.
Bouis to make suoh additional change order and other request as may occur

The following resolution was t'ntroduced by Mr. Marsh:
WHEREAS, the C. I. Tenney Engineering Company have made every effort
to supply their apparatu'l under contract with the City and have it now
ready for delivery and will erect it w1~ all expedition and put it into
operation to make gas, but wi11 not have it co~plete as per the require-
ments of our contract, but will require additional time to enable them to
complete this without inter~erlng w~th the operation of the apparatus
itself,
