Mr. Marsh introduced the following resolution: > ". ,~: Resolution of the City of Clearvrater, Florida \~HEAS The City of Clearwater, on the 7th day of August, 1935, entered into a lease with Harry p. Talbot, which said lease was recorded on the lOth day of December, 1936, in deed book 732, page 513, which said lease oonveys an interest in the following desoribed property, to-wit: Begin at east line of property under lease to Everingham, run easterly to this line one hundred and fifty (150) feet to opposite:),side of street right-of-way, thence northerly and along said street right-of-way to its interseotion with a '.line fif- teen (15) feet south of south edge of concrete highway approach reserved for street purposes from causeway to point of beginning, thence two hundred (200) feet easterly parallel to said concrete highway approach, thence souther'ly on a line parallel to street right-of-way on west channel in Cove or waters of Clearwater Bay, thence westerly two hundred (200) feet to street right-of-way on west, thence northerly along said street right-of-way to point of beginning: and \~REAS the said Harry P. Moved by Mr. Bllrl"Y, seconded by Mr. Marsh and curried that the City Manager be authorized to purclmse ~~terinls and have worle done to re-surface Cleveland streot from Osceola Avenue west to the bridge at an approximate cost of ~~l, 560.00. Moved by Mr. Marsh, seconded by Mr. Baker and carried that the City Connnission approve the report of the cormnittee reconnnend1ng extension of the Library facilities by using the basement space. Moved by Mr. Marsh, seconded by Mr. Barry and carried that the City Manager be authorized to purchase a second-hand road-roller.. Moved by Mr. Baker, seconded by Mr. Marsh and carried that $500.00 valuation exemption be allowed Mr. Roy Blanton on account of disability. Moved by MI'.
