above date, in regular meeting assembled, With the following members present:

Moved by Mr. Balcer, seoo nded by :Mr. Marsh, end ca.rried , that the
City Manager be instructed to write a letter to ~he Recreation Board,
outlining the rules under which they maw be permitted to play diamond
ball on Brooklyn Field, and infornd~~ them that this is definitely the
last season that Brooklyn Field may be used for diamond ball.
Moved by Mr. Marsh, seconded by Mr. Bakel.', E..nd carried, tha.t in
accord with the l'ecorr.I!lenda~ion of the Zoninc J3oard, Mr. 'Theodore Skinner
be anpointed chairman of said board.

WHEREAS, the City has no funds available with v/hich to build
an extension to this buil.ding~
11HEREFORE BE IT RE:'OLVED by the City COTmnission of the City of'
Cleaxviat er~ Florida:, tha t the Cou.nty Planning Board be urged to give
preference to a ~roject to erect a temporary extension to the publ.io
l.ibrary from WPA funds.
