Commissioner Regulski moved to authorize review of final site plan with
final action by the ORC subjeot to the following oonditions: 1) zoning be shown
for p~ope~ties adjacent to the site on the final site plan, 2) building height
must be shown in feet, 3) parking calculations be provided to aocount for all
uses on the site, 4) project data be amended to reflect requirements of the
CN zoning distriot, 5) reference to the "future soan" a~ea be deleted and/o~
inoluded in the site data caloulations, 6) verification of the assessed just
value and most recent sales p~ice submitted with the final site plan, and 7)
the existing parking lot design be adjusted to meet minimum oode requirements

ITEM 158 - Fenoe Repairs at Sid Lickton Field (P&R) Smith Fence Co.,
Clearwater, FL $11,010.81.
Original fenoing has slOWly deteriorated and is need of replacement. A
similar request was approved by the City Commission in December, 1983.
Specifications to repair the fenoes were developed by the P&R staff and
reviewed by Building Maintenanoe personnel. Sealed bids were solicited and
results evaluated by starr personnel. The Parks and Recreation Director and
Purchasing Office conour to award contraot to Smith Fence Co., the lowest
responsive and responsible bidder in acoordance with the specifications.
Commissioner Garvey moved to award the contraot to Smith Fence Co. and
that the appropriate orricials be authorized to execute same. MOtloa was
duly seconded and carried unanimously.
ITEM #59 - Playground Equipment (P&R) Miracle Recreation Equipment Co.,
Fern Park, FL $12,399.79.
On January 16th, the Commission approved a Capital Improvement Project
to upgrade existing City playgrounds by replacing worn out playground equipment.
This contract to purchase items rrom Miracle Recreation Equipment Co. represents
equi~ent for Ed Wright Park and Overbrook Park.

Stone Buick, Ino. has been a tenant of the City, oocupying the above named
property since its purohase in February, 1980. The present lease contains the
same basio terms and provisions as the proposed lease.
Commissioner Garvey moved to deolare the property surplUS and approve the
lease agreement in the amount of $84,000 for a 24 month period, to beoome
effective Maroh 1, 1986, and that the appropriate offioials be authorized to
