Lois Cormier expressed concern regarding the continued construction on Clearwater Beach. She also questioned what had become of the vacation ordinance vacating Baymont Street. The Commission responded that the ordinance had been rejected a long time ago. The City Attorney emphasized the Charter revisions now prohibit this type of vacation. City Attorney Reports ITEM #9 - Second Reading, Ordinance 3868-85 - Vacation of a 30 ft easement lying across ~ot 20, Oak C~eek at Count~yside, Sec 16-28-16; located at NE corner of Oak Creek Dr N & Landma~k Dr (Norins - PH 12/20/84) V-84-28 Commissioner Garvey moved to continue Ordinance 3868-85 to March 7, 1985. Motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously. ITEM #10 - Second Reading, Ordinance. 3849-84 - Amending Sec 131.20555 of Zoning Code, to provide criteria gove~ning temporary retail sales and display of animals. The City Attorney presented Ordinance #3849-84 for second reading and stated he would read by title only unless there was a request to read in its entirety. The ordinance was read by title only. Commissioner Garvey moved to pass and adopt Ordinance #3849-84 on second and final reading and to authorize the appropriate officials to execute same. Motion was duly seconded.
