looation in Commissioner Calderbank's plan for downtown development, oiting
possible problems with vandalism, bay water quality and exoessive noise
for residents.
Bob Bickerstaffe spoke in support of Commissioner Calderbank's
proposed plan stating he would like to see the plan implemented through
alternative finanCing measures.
