ITEM #79 - Preliminary Site Plan for the Fatery. M&B's 11.02. 11.03 and
11.04 in Seo. 18-29-16; located on the S side of Drew Street, W of U.S. 19

The applicant has vltbdravu his request.
Commissioner Garvey moved to accept the withdrawal and to direct staff
to review the zoning in the area. Motion was duly seoonded and carried
unanimously.
ITEM #80 - Preliminary Site Plan for Countryside Woods. Tra~~ 62.
Countryside in Sec. 17-28-16; located at the SW intersection of
Countryside Boulevard and Curlew Road (Countryside Partners) PSP-84-~.
Plans are to develop a condominium project on the property.
Commissioner Calderbank moved to aocept the preliminary site plan and
to authorize RDC review of a final site plan and final action by the
City Commission subject to the following considerations: 1) a community
impact statement will be required to be submitted with the final site planj
2) verification of the assessed just value and most recent sales price
must be submitted with the final site plan; 3) to the extent possible,
the final site plan should be submitted on one sheet; 4) the guardhouse
must be located further west away from Countryside Blvd; 5) no parking
will be permitted on the internal driveway; and 6) due to the severe
elevation changes and the heavily wooded nature of the site, this property
has been noted to be of initial environmental ooncern which must be
addressed in the CIS and through the final site plan, to authorize
preliminary authorization to proceed with the requested transfer of density
as provided for in Sec 131.226(0)(2) of the Zoning Code. HotiCD was
duly seoonded and carried unanimously.
ZJ - Verbal Reports.
Music Performanoe Trust Fund Request.
Buddy Verdi requested the Commission match funds in the amount of
$5,000 for the bandshell concerts at noon which have currently been held
on Wednesdays. The ooncerts will end on April 30 unless the funding
continues. At a prior meeting the Commission approved a proposal by Brenda
Nixon to contract these ooncerts in the bandshell. No action was taken.

The City entered into an easement agreement with Florida Power on
April 19, 1982, for temporary use of their right--of-way as an access to
Countryside Community Park while construotion was under way by a
developer. This agreement expired on December 31, 1982.
