Reports ITEM#64- BritiSh-Amerioan Marathon. An alternative to the 1983 site is being oonsidered for this year's race due to the 'oost of servioes which are required to be provided. Heetings have been held with representatives of the race and the City of Clearwater to discuss proposals and requests for waiving of fees. The City Manager does not recommend the waiving of the license fees or other permitting costs and fees.
