Year 1979 80.
Fiscal
Loyd Jones, the Fourth Quarter Artist-in-Residence, is
a sculptor who has presented one of his works which is ten
feet high and twelve feet long, to the City of Clearwater.
It is to be located at the new Sand Key Toll Plaza site. A
check in the amount of $666.50 final payment was presented
to Mr. Jones.

The City Attorney advised the City Commission that Rule 13
of the Rules to Guide the City Commission in conducting its busi-
ness and meetings~ stated that no violation of such rules shall
invalidate any action of the Commission when approved by the
majority votes requited by the Charter~
ITEM #56 - Other Commission Action.
The Mayor Requested the City Manager contact the St. Peters-
burg Science Center to negotiate for a Science Center facility at
Moccasin Lake Park.
