Commissioner Moore moved to accept the agreement and the
appropriate officials be authorized to execute same. Motion
was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
ITEM #51 - Resolution #81-2 - SUQporting Requirement for
Larger Iaentification Designation for General Aviation Aircraft.
Commissioner Moore moved to pass and adopt Resolution #81-2
and to authorize the appropriate officials to execute same.
Motion was duly seconded. Upon roll call the vote was:
"Ayes": Garvey, Moore, Hatchett, Stephan and LeCher.

ITEM #52 - Resolution #81-3 - Authorizin Cit Attorne to
Defend Case of Kennet L. Smlt , ,Jr. vs Clty, et a

and to authorize the appropriate officials to execute same. Motion

Cities' Amenament to Civil Rights Act.
Commissioner Moore moved to pass and adopt Resolution #81-4
and to authorize the appropriate officials to execute same. Motion

ITEM#54-55 -Acceptance of Deeds, Easements, and Restrictions.
The City Attorney presented the following instruments:
R.O.W., Access, Waterline, and Utility Easements from
WRC Properties, Inc., Section 20-29-16.
R,O.W. for McMullen Booth Rd. from McCutcheon.
Section 21-28-16.
Utility Easement from Landmark Development and JRG Proper-
ties, Inc., Section 21-28-16.
Commissioner Moore moved to accept the above instruments and
to direct the City Clerk to record same in the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida. Motion was duly seconded,and carried
unanimously.
ITEM #56 - Approval o~ Settlement (Fletcher)
The City Attorney reported the settlement offer to Verna
Fletcher for $650.00 had been 14ejected. The City Commission took
no further action.
