'.~,.W~ 4-21 ened Commissioner Garvey moved to amend Ordinance #2308-81 by adding the following sentence at the end of Section 4-21: "The restriction set forth herein re1a~ing to possession of an opened or unsealed container shall not apply to an opened or unsealed container located in the trunk of a motor vehicle." Motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously. Commissioner Moore moved to amend Ordinance #2308-81 to delete "or dwelling" from Section I (line 4) and Section 4-12 (e) (line 2). Motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
