Commissioner DeBlaker moved to accept the above instruments and to direct the City Clerk to record same in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Nunamaker and carried with three unanimous votes. ITEM #43 - Other Commission Action. Commissioner DeBlaker moved to continue the second reading of Ordinance #2039 to February 21, 1980. Commis- sioner Nunamaker seconded the motion which carried with three unanimous votes. (Item 26, Page 20.) Commissioner Nunamaker expressed concerns about the conduct of Commission meetings. ITEM #44 - The meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m. and the City Commission then met as Trustees of the Employees' Pension Fund with the Mayor calling the meeting to order. ITEM #45 - Trustees of the Employees' Pension Plan. a. Pension Investment Management. The Staff and Pension Advisory Committee, workin.g with the Exchange Bank of Tampa, recommend the Trustees of the Employees Pension Plan designate the Pension Plan Equity Investments to be made during 1979/80 to Aetua Life and Casualty Common Stock Department, Loomis-Sayles & Company Washington, D.C.
